Like Drago’s other L.A. joints, the menu at Centro is traditional Italian with a California twist and features such decadence as foie gras crème caramel and risotto cakes with octopus. Invest in some time at the bar for a glass of vino from a globally comprehensive list featuring more than 1,000 wines. For the truly exclusive, the vault has been transformed into the private dining room, complete with a flat screen showing a live feed from the kitchen.
